We are accepting late proposals, but please note that we have more flexibility with sponsored Highlighted Session and poster session formats. At this time, additional proposals for workshops or roundtables are likely to be placed on a waitlist if accepted.

Where will the 2018 Aging in America Conference take place?

For the 2018 Aging in America Conference, we will be at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square in our vibrant city of San Francisco.

Presenting at Aging in America provides you with an unparalleled opportunity to share new ideas or highlight noteworthy projects, research and practices with other professionals in the field of aging. It also earns you recognition as an expert in the field at the conference and beyond.

Who presents at Aging in America?

Presenters at Aging in America include everyone from professionals who work in the field of aging to practitioners in allied professions such as social work, healthcare, architecture, law, finance and more. Students who are doing research on aging-related topics are also encouraged to present. Practitioners, clinicians, and medical professionals have been a part of the faculty, along with academicians and direct service providers. As the largest multidisciplinary conference on aging, Aging in America covers a wide range of topic areas, creating a virtually limitless field of opportunity for presenters. ASA welcomes all interested students and professionals to submit proposals, particularly encouraging those outlining fresh and useful strategies for addressing widespread aging issues.
