  • Unlimited free exhibit hall passes for booth staff and guests. (Passes are for exhibit hall only.)

  • Exhibit listing in the conference program book distributed to 3,000 attendees (Deadline: 2/10/18).

  • Free one-time use of conference attendee mailing list pre-conference or post-conference. (List includes physical addresses only; does not include e-mail addresses or phone numbers. You must contact ASA to request the list, and all mailings must be sent through a mailing house.)

Exhibitor Setup and Hours

Monday, March 26

  • Installation of Exhibits: 8:00 AM—3:30 PM
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception: 5:30—7:30 PM

Tuesday, March 27

  • 8:00 AM—2:00 PM
  • Noon—1:30 PM (lunch in the exhibit hall)

Wednesday, March 28

  • 8:00—11:00 AM
  • Dismantling of Exhibits: 11:15 AM

All exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hall open hours. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle exhibits before the closing of the exhibit hall at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 28 per contract.

Conference Hotel

All conference activities will be held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The exhibit hall will be located in the Grand Ballroom. When making your reservations be sure to mention the American Society on Aging/2018 Aging in America Conference. The cut-off date to get the reduced rate on your room is February 17, 2018 (or prior if the room block sells out sooner). After this date the rate will be based on availability at prevailing rates.
