Exhibitor Benefits

Exhibitor Setup and Hours

Monday, April 15

  • Installation of Exhibits: 8:00 AM—4:00 PM
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception: 6:00—7:30 PM

Tuesday,  April 16

  • 8:00 AM—2:00 PM
  • Noon—1:30 PM (lunch in the exhibit hall)

Wednesday,  April 17

  • 8:00—11:00 AM
  • Dismantling of Exhibits: 11:15 AM

All exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hall open hours. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle exhibits before the closing of the exhibit hall at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 17 per contract.

Conference Hotel

All conference activities will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The exhibit hall will be located in the Grand Ballroom. When making your reservations be sure to mention the American Society on Aging/2019 Aging in America Conference. The cut-off date to get the reduced rate on your room is March 22, 2019 (or prior if the room block sells out sooner). After this date the rate will be based on availability at prevailing rates.

Sleeping Room Rates:

Single/Double    $209 plus applicable taxes
Triple                $234 plus applicable taxes
